Just a 2.5 block walk to the beach and downtown Sea Isle with shops and many restaurants to choose from. Playground, basketball, tennis and pickle ball are also right around the corner. Guests will feel right at home in this large 3 story home with 5 bedrooms, a bonus room and 4.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom has it's own unique cozy decor that will make you feel welcome. Great open space on the third floor with an updated modern kitchen, large living room with sectional couch and spacious dining room. The two outdoor decks are perfect for relaxing and sharing a feast while looking at both the view of the ocean and the bay. The location is exceptional with being just 2.5 blocks from the beach and the main downtown section of Sea Isle. House has recently been painted and remodeled to provide our guests a wonderful stay. You are only a 10-15 minute drive from Ocean City, NJ and Avalon/Stone Harbor. Guests will have access to beach chairs, bikes and beach passes for that season.

September 2025 5.00Awesome place, easy to find, right in the heart of sea Isle. Spacious place with 5 rooms and can easily use the downstairs as a private 6th room. Everything was clean and as described. Amazing place, would definitely recommend!!
this house was perfect and joe was the best host. we were so grateful to have us
6 adults and 3 kiddos enjoyed a nice weekend in this house. The layout was accommodating for multiple families and we were able to put all 3 kids in their own space. The decks were very nice, the fire pit out back was a great place to catch up with friends we seldom see. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed and the walk to the beach was easy. Joe was quick to communicate and great at accommodating our requests. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
We had a wonderful stay at Joe and Dina’s home in Sea Isle City - their house is beautiful and a perfect layout to accommodate a larger group. There was a bit of an issue the day before our stay when Joe and Dina realized that somehow a double-booking took place and another group was scheduled to be there at the same time as us, but Dina was incredibly honest, attentive, and responsive to the situation to ensure the issue was rectified by finding other local accommodations that we were originally going to pivot to, but ultimately it went to the other group since they were going to be checking-in a day after us. Overall, Joe and Dina were great to work with and offered a beautiful home in an excellent location in Sea Isle!
