We manage approximately 20 short-term rental properties exclusively in the Poconos, giving us deep knowledge of the region, its seasons, and its guest expectations. Cassy oversees everything happening at the property level—cleaning, maintenance, inventory, supplies, inspections, and emergency calls—while Avi manages the digital side, from listing optimization and dynamic pricing to guest messaging and automation. Because we do the work ourselves, you’re never passed off to a random team or call center. Owners and guests communicate directly with us, ensuring fast solutions, consistent service, and stronger performance year-round.
