Welcome to our charming LAKEFRONT getaway situated in a prime location on Lake Harmony. Our NEWLY BUILT home is located on a sunny level lot just feet from the waters edge. Enjoy unobstructed water views from the spacious deck in the brand New VIKING HOT TUB, or around a fire from our SOLO STOVE FIRE PIT. Take your pick of where to enjoy a meal from the numerous restaurants within walking distance. We are a few mins from skiing, hiking, golf, Pocono Raceway, waterpark and much more. Our 4 Season vacation home located 90 miles from NYC and Philadelphia offers everything you need to get away for some R & R. Large newly paved driveway offers ample parking for all guests. Enjoy beautiful lake views from the spacious deck in the brand new Viking Hot Tub, watch the sunset or star gaze around the fire Pit. Enjoy a game of Bocce Ball right by the water's edge. Guests are also able to fish off the dock in summer months in the lake which is stocked with bass. Also during the Summer season, enjoy the water on a kayak or SUP provided for guests. A gas grill is also available to prepare meals. Want to eat out? Many restaurants (Nick's Lake House, Shenanigan's, Louie's Prime Steak House, Terra Cottage, Piggy's, Hog Heaven Ice Cream) are just around the corner, a short walk away. If you're looking for memory-making experiences, there are plenty of activities to choose from, no matter the season. For anyone that loves to ski or snowboard, Jack Frost and Big Boulder are minutes away. You can also try hiking at the many trails that are close by at Hickory Run State Park or golfing at Split Rock Resort. Those who love to fish will appreciate access to the many close by trout streams that this area has to offer. If you're a big thrill-seeker, enjoy the day riding ATVs or simply treat yourself to spa day. Parents of little ones, we've got your family covered too! Your kids will love a visit to the alpacas at the Pohopoco Alpaca Farm or the animals at Claws n' Paws. Kalahari Indoor/Outdoor Waterpark is also a short drive away for kids that want to enjoy a little swim all year long. Enjoy evenings playing games by the indoor fireplace. A 55" Roku Smart TV is also available to stream your favorite shows or movies with access to an Amazon Firestick. Kitchen is equipped with K-Cup coffee maker, toaster oven, dishwasher, microwave and other bare essentials. Fresh linens and towels are also provided for guests. Two queens and a full over full bunk bed in the 3 bedrooms provide a comfortable place to rest for the night. (Shampoo and body soap not provided) Guests have access to entire house except the owners closets (locked closets in Master Bath and Hallway next to laundry), and garage without owners permission. There are security cameras by the garage, front yard, and the rear of the property. Pontoon boat is NOT for guest use. We pride ourselves on being available and responsive! November 2025 5.00Excellent stay! We really enjoyed our time! Hot tub was clean and in working order. Had everything you need to cook. Had clean linens, and we were able to walk or drive to all kinds of great spots! We will absolutely look into brining our whole family back!

October 2025 4.00Beautiful location can’t be beat. Hosts were attentive and responsive. The home was clean and a lovely retreat and accessible to many amenities. Highly recommend. Only a few issues we ran into - our sheets and comforter were either stained or dirty on arrival. Hugo had the beds stripped and switched out same day. A+ service. As a previous reviewer mentioned, the mattresses were extremely firm and uncomfortable but we got used to it after a couple nights. Lastly, the kayaks were stored facing up and were filled with moldy rainwater. I needed to clean it up and cover the seat with a trash bag to use it. This could have been a due to a previous guest however.

October 2025 3.00Note there's construction right next door as of Oct 2025 (not host's fault of course but we were not forewarned at all - excavation, chainsaws etc. starting 8am weekdays). Pros: Great location right on the water, nice deck and hot tub! Cons: very uncomfortable beds - we had 4 adults and all agreed. Master bedroom mattress is very hard. No K cups or coffee were provided for the tiny machine and no regular coffee maker was available. Loose deck railing and banister, chairs outside also had a lot of loose screws and seat on 1 kayak was broken/half repaired with broken string. With a little TLC and good mattresses, could be great, we loved the location and Lake Harmony is beautiful!
